Minimix Trucks Sizes vary according to region, with the majority being 3.0m3 trucks. Minimix trucks are ideally suited for smaller DIY projects or for sites with limited or tight access. Minimix truck
Pump Trucks

DTS can quote for and supply pump trucks. The standard Readymix or Minimix trucks can then discharge directly into the pump allowing for a quicker pour over an increased distance. The benefits of this type of truck are:

  • Alternative to wheelbarrow, dumper, bucket or tip and shovel
  • Reduced time on site
  • Reduction in labour costs to contractor
  • No minimum order quantity.

Conveyor Trucks

Unlike pump trucks, conveyor trucks have an expandable conveyor unit attached to the readymix truck, enabling one truck to provide the concrete and pour it over a c.10m distance. (Please note availability is limited to certain areas). The benefits of this type of truck are:

  • An alternative to a concrete pump
  • Major reduction in labour costs
  • Offers access through windows and doors
  • Direct placement of concrete on shuttering
  • Overcomes poor access issues.

Ground Line Pump

If there is not the space for a Pump Truck on site, a groundline pump ia a viable option.

Volumetric Pumps If you are not sure on the quantity, or you need a double-drop delivery, a volumetric mixes on site as required and delivers the exact m3 required. Volumetric truck
Wheelbarrow Pour As a reference, it will take 25 wheelbarrows to unload 1cubic metre concrete. Wheelbarrow
